The first quarterly issue of art journal was released in the inauguration function of the Bombay Art Society’s 117th All India Annual Art Exhibition at Jehangir Art Gallery on 5th February 2009. During the year 2009, the subsequent issues were launched at Point of View Art Gallery, Mumbai and Galerie Art Eterne, Lado Sarai, New Delhi. The special issue published on the occasion of the Bombay Art Society’s 118th All India annual art Exhibition on 11th January 2010 was launched formally at Aakriti Art Gallery, Kolkata on 17th February 2010, at Hotel Taj Residency, Bangalore on 06th March 2010 and at the Faculty of Fine Art Gallery, MSU, Baroda on 25th March 2010. The Art Journal was launched formally by Prafulla Dahanukar, Saryu Doshi, Laxman Shrestha and Prabhakar Kolte at Mumbai, Keshav Malik and Niren Sengupta at Delhi, Lalu Prasad Shaw at Kolkata, Yusuf Arakkal at Bangalore and K. G. Subramanian at Baroda in the presence of art fraternity from the respective cities.
