Indian Contemporary Art Journal, a quarterly art magazine is published by “Aarya Publication’ a registered MSME enterprise, that owns and manages the website  www.indianartjournal.com (referred hereinafter as ART JOURNAL, we or us).

The images, text, illustrations, audio/video clips or any other material on the website is protected by copyright act and is not allowed to be copied, reproduced, reposted, transmitted, distributed, in whole or in part in any form whatsoever, without the prior written consent of Indian Contemporary Art Journal(Aarya Publication). We reserve all rights with us.

The “Art Journal Current Issue” with Archives made available here on the ART JOURNAL website for subscription do not entitle subscribers to circulate and reproduce copies of ‘Art Journal’ in any form other than their personal & family reading.

By placing subscription order, it is warranted that you are providing us with accurate and truthful information such as your name, address, email Id etc that may be used to contact you and send you login details if required;  Indian Contemporary Art Journal does not assume any responsibility if inaccurate information provided by you unintentionally or otherwise leads to your losses.

Subscribers/Readers  are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Login  details sucha as username, password of their subscription, and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account and password.  (ART JOURNAL) or Aarya Publication never asks to share  username and password and no one should disclose it to anyone if they receive calls for it.

The Subscription order placed on the ART JOURNAL website, unless cancelled by ART JOURNAL, constitutes an irrevocable acceptance of the purchase of subscription package. By placing an subscription order, the Subscriber/Reader  by default agrees with terms of our use. Please refer disclaimer.

By registering or providing your email Id, your consent is presumed for receiving updates and announcements from us on Art Journal issues & newsletters etc. However, you can request to stop such updates, newsletters any time by clicking unsubscribe any time.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing a Subscription order provided the same is informed in writing at indiaartjournal@gmail.com /  rajendra.art@gmail.com followed by a call on +91 7400009978 in case of no reply from our side by mail within 24 hours. For all cancellations made as above, the refund will be processed within 15 working days.

Refund Policy

When Subscriber/Reader  place Subscription for Art Journal, it constitutes the irrevocable purchase of the said subscription package and we don’t provide a money-back guarantee for purchases made on our website except cancellation done within 24 hours.

Indian Contemporary Art Journal shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages of whatever nature resulting from the use of ART JOURNAL website, interruptions due to traffic and erroneous text or content etc.

Indian Contemporary Art Journal reserves the right to cancel any subscription order placed on www.indianartjournal.com  without assigning any reason whatsoever.

Subscriber/Reader’s   information provided to Indian Contemporary Art Journal remains confidential and is governed by the terms of our ‘Privacy Policy’.

Shipping: As Indian Contemporary Art Journal is now online product & available for online reading, physical shipping is not mandatory. Subscribers can read the Art Journal online and can download the copy of art journal. However, in case difficulty in downloading, and if Art Journal issue is published in print edition, we will dispatch the physical copy with in seven days from date of Publication for the art journal issues that are published after subscription date.

Indian Contemporary Art Journal reserves the right to block the registered user if found to be using the website contrary to laws of the land or for other than intended purpose.

The terms and conditions of website use are governed by Indian laws and are subjected to the law enforcement agencies, courts within Mumbai jurisdiction to resolves disputes if any, even though seller or buyer is located anywhere in the world.

Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer together form the rules of ART JOURNAL website use. Please refer all three.

The ART JOURNAL website users agree to observe and abide by the terms and conditions stated herein. We reserve the right to modify, change or issue new terms & conditions at any time without prior notice, and assume that users review these terms & conditions as and when they use the website.
